TOUR OPTIONS

We offer serveral tour options to match your needs and budget.

OPTION 1 — $175 (Recommended for the more elaborate properties.)
Full Service Interactive Virtual Tour. Includes all photography, panoramas and stills. We write all descriptions. Includes 12 scenes. Dedicated web site for your property and posted on onlineforrealestate.com. Sitemeter with traffic reports sent directly to you. Interactive Virtual Tour and Still photo slide show included. One time setup fee $30 for new accounts. Additional Panorama Scenes $10 each; Still Photos $5 each. Posting on Realtor.com $20, free if you have a "Showcase Listing Enhancement" contract with them. Quality photographs available to you for use as needed... advertising, MLS, Realtor.com, etc. All you need do is arrange for us to enter property to conduct the photo shoot and prepare for the descriptions and features to be written by us.

OPTION 2 — $125 (Recommended for any property where you wish to write the descriptions.)
Basic Interactive Virtual Tour. Same as Option 1 with the exception descriptions are furnished by you. We will provide the means for you to transmit your descriptions.

OPTION 3 — $89 (A quality slide show. Space for a one paragraph description written by you.)
Slide Show Tour. We visit location, photograph, and create a slide show capable of full screen viewing. Presented on your personalized page.

OPTION 4 — $60 (A quality slide show. Photographs only)
Basic Slide Show. We visit location, photograph, and create a slide show without a personalized page as in Option 3 above.

NOTE: Generally speaking, travel time charges to and from the property are included in the prices shown. Additional charges may apply to properties located more than 20 miles from Helena.
